After a successful indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, Pulsetto launched a new hardware business that generated over $1,3 million in sales in 2023 with total sales closing in $3 million since launch.
Summary
Stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights happen to the best of us. That's where science and Pulsetto comes in. Through vagus nerve stimulation Pulsetto helps you go back to the natural state of relaxation in under 10 minutes.

Used by the most famous person who seeks to reverse aging. Pulsetto is in the blueprint of Bryan Johnson:

Challenges:
1. Creating an ergonomic, lightweight device that would be comfortable to wear and ensure good contact between electrodes and the vagus nerve.
2. Reducing the size of the device from the initial engineering prototype.
3. Ensuring that the device is easy to use.
Solutions:
1. Pulsetto is made of lightweight flexible plastic and has a simple adjustment mechanism, similar to that used in many headphones. It adapts to various neck sizes and is also inexpensive to produce.
2. After many discussions with engineering team we managed to place components and design pcb boards in such a way that the size of the device was significantly reduced.
3. Pulsetto only has a single button that either turns it on or off. Once the device is on, it connects to an app via bluetooth, where the user can select stimulation modes and monitor progress. The button also glows in different colours, indicating battery life.

Pulsetto is a wearable device that uses vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) to help reduce stress and anxiety. VNS is a non-invasive therapy that involves sending electrical pulses to the vagus nerve, which is a major nerve that runs from the brain to the abdomen. Pulsetto uses ultra-low radio frequency energy to stimulate the vagus nerve. When the vagus nerve is stimulated, it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the body's "rest and digest" response. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and boost mood. Scientists are discovering more and more ways to apply this nerve stimulation, such as for the treatment of depression or to improve gut function.
Pulsetto is small, lightweight, and and stands out from the competition for its ease of use and ergonomics. Simply wear it around your neck for up to 45 minutes at a time. Pulsetto backed by clinical research.
Pulsetto is made of flexible plastic and is also easily adjustable, so it adapts to the neck of each user and ensures good contact for optimal stimulation. The device also comes with an app that allows you to choose the optimal stimulation program and track how your body parameters change.
The vagus nerve is the major highway between your brain and internal organs. It releases neurotransmitters that reduce blood pressure and heart rate, and increase alertness and focus.
For over 30 years, medical professionals have treated epilepsy and depression by using implants to stimulate the vagus nerve. And indeed, acupuncture has been doing the same for thousands of years!

But now, using cutting edge technology, we can stimulate the vagus nerve using specific electrical impulses. That means no need for invasive surgery, or for needles!

Sketching, ideation, prototyping.
Through a process of sketching, 3d modelling and prototyping we have arrived at a very simple, intuitive shape that does not distract from the unique effects of the device.
